The Westward 71 KSI 1/4 inch Brazing Alloy Electrode, model 30XP53, is a high-quality electrode designed for various brazing applications. With an electrode length of 36 inches, it provides the necessary reach and flexibility to tackle different projects. The electrode is composed of 56% to 60% copper, 0.8% to 1.1% tin, 0.25% to 1.2% iron, 0.01% to 0.5% manganese, 0.05% lead, 0.04% to 0.15% silicon, 0.01% aluminum, 0.5% other, and balanced with zinc. This composition ensures optimal strength, durability, and efficient heat transfer during the brazing process. The finish is flux-coated, delivering convenient and effective flux distribution.
